With her many years of experience – including at the board level in clinics and other medical facilities – she ensures clear structures and efficient processes. Her business know-how, comprehensive understanding of healthcare processes, and organizational skills enables her to keep a cool head even in complex situations. Agnes Johannson brings her versatile expertise to IMPLA·VIO today, including a master’s degree in management, numerous further training courses, and qualifications as a quality management officer in the healthcare sector. She ensures structured processes, smooth communication, and an organization that combines medical quality and sound process expertise.

As Lead Surgical Assistant, Mary Schwentner is responsible for the organization and coordination of clinical workflows at IMPLA·VIO. At the interface between the medical team, assisting staff, and practice organization, her many years of surgical experience ensure that preparation, treatment, and aftercare interlock reliably, even for demanding procedures in implantology and oral surgery.
A particular focus of her work is clinical quality management. Mary Schwentner ensures the consistent implementation of professional and hygiene standards, reviews existing workflows, and develops them further together with the team. With experience, a strong sense of responsibility, and a sure feel for the demands of everyday treatment, she translates IMPLA·VIO’s medical quality standards into clear, robust processes.
